Happy New Year! What does this mean to SSWBN?
It means that we celebrate our 20th Anniversary year, kicking it off at our “State of the Network” breakfast on January 27th. You will not want to miss this milestone event, so mark your calendars.
It means that in February we will be featuring the Founders of SSWBN — 20 years later — at our February 24th breakfast. This will be a fabulous opportunity to meet some incredible women who saw a need for women business owners and created the organization that after 20 years still follows its original mission of providing members with Contacts, Coaching and Collaboration.
It means that if you get interested in playing a bigger role this year with SSWBN and growing your business at the same time, you will be checking out our sponsorship opportunities.
Have you noticed our 20th year logo? We added “community” and a tag line, Moving Forward, Giving Back. I am so excited to work with the four local organizations that we have chosen to “give back” to: The Friends of Mel Foundation (Mel’s cancer awareness bracelets), the South Shore Hospital, South Shore Elder Services and DOVE, Inc. Stay tuned for events that we hope you will participate in as part of “Team SSWBN.”
